Kitchen Supervisor

The role is essentially responsible for running the back-of-house (BOH) kitchen operations, maintaining food standards, controlling costs, and leading the kitchen team.

• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and daily kitchen operations.
• Make sure food preparation, taste, consistency, portioning, and presentation meet company standards.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food-safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and help control food costs.
• Train, coach, and guide junior kitchen staff.
• Support the Head Chef in menu planning and execution.
• Ensure kitchen equipment and work areas are properly maintained and organized.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in kitchen leadership or a supervisory role in F&B/BOH.
• NC II or Culinary Arts/related course is preferred, particularly for candidates without direct leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food costing, and culinary techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
