Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to meet established standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize operational efficiency
• Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Collaborate with management to develop menus and implement new culinary initiatives
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with sanitation standards
• Address customer feedback and resolve any issues related to food quality or service

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor, Sous Chef, or similar role in a fast-paced culinary environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
• Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
