Blazing King is bringing the ultimate Korean BBQ and Hotpot experience to San Bernardino! We are a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant known for exceptional quality and tableside grilling. We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee all BOH operations, including prep, line cooking, and dish.

· Manage inventory, food cost, and ordering for BBQ meats and hotpot broths.

· Ensure strict adherence to health department and safety standards.

· Train, schedule, and coach a diverse kitchen staff.

· Maintain quality control in a high-turnover, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3+ years of Kitchen Management experience (Asian cuisine or high-volume a plus).

· Strong understanding of raw meat handling and food safety.

· Ability to thrive in a high-stress, rapid-fire service environment.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
