Kitchen Supervisor

At Small Victory Bakery, we are looking to grow our leadership team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, quality and service and who likes a busy environment.

Responsibilities:

• Quality control all food coming from suppliers
• Maintain, coach and develop food presentations and service standards throughout the day.
• Place orders in a timely matter to ensure we meet all necessary stock levels
• Research and development of new items to enhance the kitchen program within Small Victory
• Manage kitchen team to ensure all tasks, procedures and production are completed in an efficient manner; maximize production while minimizing labour costs
• Control waste within the kitchen department and track inventory

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of kitchen experience

2. Ability to create new menu items based on seasonality

3. Ability to support other kitchen team membears with execution of new menu items

4. Ability to implement standardized processes

5. Understands and follows health and safety regulations

Position:

Full-time

Pay: From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
