KITCHEN SUPERVISOR/CREW

About the Role

We are looking for responsible and hardworking Kitchen Supervisor / Kitchen Crew to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations and ensuring food quality, cleanliness and smooth service.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Supervisor

• Supervise and lead the kitchen team.
• Manage daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure food quality, consistency and proper portioning.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with the hall team for smooth service.
• Monitor stock and kitchen supplies.
• Train and guide kitchen crew.
• Ensure company SOPs are followed.

Kitchen Crew

• Prepare and cook food according to company SOPs.
• Ensure food quality and proper portioning.
• Assist with ingredient preparation and food storage.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist with stock checking and inventory.
• Coordinate with the hall team for smooth service.
• Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs.
• Assist with daily kitchen operations.

Requirements

Kitchen Supervisor

• Relevant F&B or kitchen experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Responsible and able to lead a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and shifts.

Kitchen Crew

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and shifts.
