Position: Kitchen Supporting Staff
Department: Food Production / Kitchen
Salary: ₹12,500 per month
Location: Hampton by ICS, Sector 132, Noida
Reports To: Executive Chef / Sous Chef / Kitchen Supervisor

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the kitchen team in daily operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting chefs with basic food preparation, handling kitchen utensils, and ensuring proper hygiene and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation as required.
• Wash and clean kitchen utensils, equipment, vessels, and workstations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and designated work areas.
• Assist in receiving, arranging, and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Ensure proper disposal of kitchen waste as per hygiene standards.
• Support the kitchen team during service hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Executive Chef or supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Freshers can apply; prior hotel or restaurant kitchen experience will be preferred.
• Education: Basic education preferred.
• Skills: Willingness to learn, teamwork, discipline, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen support duties.
• Work Schedule: Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per hotel requirements.

Compensation

Monthly Salary: ₹12,500
