At Foley Brunch & Supper Club, we don’t believe in average food or average service. Our kitchen is fast-paced, detail-driven, and built around consistency, cleanliness, and pride in what hits the plate.

As a Brunch Line Operator, you are responsible for executing dishes with precision, keeping your station tight, and moving with urgency during peak brunch service.

Duties

• Execute menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
• Own your station (grill, eggs, fry, etc.) from setup to breakdown
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready workspace at all times
• Work as a team to keep service smooth and efficient
• Follow recipes, prep standards, and plating expectations exactly
• Communicate clearly with leadership and teammates during service

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency

• Ability to stay organized and focused under pressure

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
