Kitchen Support Team Member

Overview

Wine House on Main is a welcoming wine bar focused on great wine, beer, sake and quality food. Genuine hospitality and creating a memorable guest experience are at the forefront of all that we do. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, team-oriented individual to work alongside our Kitchen Manager to support the kitchen and front of house operations.

Duties

• Assist the Kitchen Manager with food preparation, kitchen organization, and daily tasks
• Assist with expo by checking orders for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before they leave the kitchen
• Run food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately
• Wash dishes, glassware, cookware and kitchen utensils as needed
• Keep kitchen workstations, dish areas, and service areas cleaned and organized
• Restock supplies and maintain proper storage of kitchen items
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning and other operational duties
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front of house team members to ensure smooth service and the ultimate guest experience
• Understanding of food safety management and sanitation protocol

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week

Work Location: In person
