  • Coach and encourage kitchen team members while helping build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Assist with training and developing new and existing team members while helping identify future leaders.
  • Help ensure efficient execution during high-volume meal periods while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in accordance with Chick-fil-A and health department standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, waste reduction, and operational goals.
  • Work alongside the leadership team to execute restaurant initiatives and continuously improve kitchen performance.
  • Help create a positive work environment where team members feel supported, challenged, and empowered to succeed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant, food service, or kitchen environment.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with an understanding of food preparation, food safety, and sanitation standards is preferred but not required.
  • Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while leading with urgency.
  • High level of initiative, accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and develop others.

Why Join Chick-fil-A?

  • Competitive pay based on experience and performance.
  • Leadership development and advancement opportunities.
  • Positive team culture centered around service, teamwork, and excellence.
  • Free meals while working.
