Job Summary

A Kitchen Team Leader is responsible for managing and planning food preparation in our Minster View restaurant and Pepys Bar, to work second in command to our Kitchen Manager in producing high quality dishes and enforcing all food safety guidelines in the daily operation of the kitchen to deliver exceptional dining service to our guests.

To work alongside management to maintain budgets, cost control, wages, wastage and to achieve monthly GP.

Finally, Deputise for Kitchen Manager when he’s not on duty.

This position is based on a full-time contract and candidates must be available to work weekends.
