Kitchen Team Member

Job Summary

Pizza Lupo is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Kitchen Team Member to support daily kitchen operations. The team member will assist with food preparation, pizza assembly, cooking, order preparation, cleaning, stocking, and maintaining food-quality and safety standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, toppings, and other food items according to company procedures.
• Assist with pizza preparation, assembly, and cooking.
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food-quality standards.
• Prepare and package customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen and food-preparation areas.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and kitchen supplies as needed.
• Maintain proper food storage and product organization.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, counters, and work areas.
• Work with team members to complete orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Support opening and closing kitchen duties.
• Follow company policies and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with other restaurant tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen, pizza, or restaurant experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food-preparation procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

The Kitchen Team Member works in a fast-paced pizza restaurant kitchen and works closely with team members and supervisors. The position requires teamwork, cleanliness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple food-preparation and cooking tasks during busy service periods.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
