The Mexican Fast Food Kitchen Team Member plays a key role in preparing fresh, high‑quality menu items quickly and consistently. This role involves cooking, assembling orders, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook core menu items such as seasoned meats, rice, beans, tortillas, salsas, and toppings according to established recipes and portion standards
• Assemble customer orders accurately, efficiently, and with attention to presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation throughout the shift
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and temperature control guidelines
• Restock ingredients and supplies to ensure continuous service flow
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (grills, fryers, warmers, steam tables, etc.)
• Communicate clearly with team members and front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Assist with opening and closing tasks, including cleaning, prepping ingredients, and storing food properly
• Uphold brand standards for speed, quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or fast‑food experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Willingness to learn recipes, procedures, and safety standards
