Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
• Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
• Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy restaurant environment
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers

Experience

• Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred
• Culinary experience is a plus, with knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is beneficial
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications
• Customer service experience is essential, with a focus on creating positive guest interactions
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation regulations
