Job Title: Kitchen Team Member / Cook – Taiwanese Street Food (Progression to Kitchen Manager)
Location: Sheffield City Centre (S1)

About Us

We are a busy Taiwanese street‑food kitchen in the heart of Sheffield, serving favourites such as Taiwanese fried chicken, braised pork rice, bao, noodles, and more. After three successful months of trading, our customer demand continues to grow — so we are expanding our team to support our increasing workload and future development.

The Role

You will:

• Cook Taiwanese and Asian‑style dishes to a high standard
• Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and a clean, organised workspace
• Support smooth service during busy periods
• Assist with prep, stock rotation, and deliveries
• Work collaboratively with the team
• Work proactively and take initiative in the kitchen
• Be someone who is genuinely passionate about cooking and food

Required & Preferred Experience

• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (required)
• Experience in an Asian kitchen (Taiwanese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.)
• Familiarity with wok cooking and Asian flavour profiles
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Right to work in the UK
