Kitchen Team Member

Job Overview
We’re looking for a versatile team member who can handle both Barista and Kitchen duties, ensuring smooth collaboration across stations.

Barista Duties

• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Prepare and serve coffee and non-coffee beverages to standard.
• Keep the barista station clean, organized, and stocked.

Kitchen Duties

• Prep and prepare food in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene in food preparation areas.
• Assist with cleaning tasks, including washing dishes and keeping work areas tidy.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food service or food industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial.
• A willingness to learn about coffee preparation techniques and beverage crafting is essential.
