Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our meal prep company. This role involves supporting the daily operations of meal preparation, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to healthy, delicious meals for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and assembly of meals according to company standards and recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Support team members in cooking, portioning, and packaging meals efficiently
• Ensure all ingredients and supplies are stocked and properly stored
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
• Contribute positively to team collaboration and communication during shifts

Skills

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork
• Prior experience in a kitchen or food prep setting is a plus but not required

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
