ABOUT YEY KEBAB

YEY Kebab is a new döner kebab restaurant launching in Lisbon. We are building a modern quick-service concept around premium döner, fresh ingredients, strong recipes and a highly organised kitchen. Our menu is intentionally focused, so the emphasis is on doing a small number of things exceptionally well.

We are looking for energetic, reliable Team Members to join us from the beginning.

Our team is cross-trained. Rather than doing the same job every day, you will learn different parts of the restaurant and

• move between stations depending on what the team needs.
• Prepare vegetables, sauces, falafel and other ingredients.
• Work on the grill or fryer after training.
• Assemble döner sandwiches and bowls.
• Finish, check and pack orders.
• Prepare drinks and desserts.
• Hand orders to customers and delivery drivers.
• Restock ingredients and packaging.
• Receive and organise deliveries.
• Keep the kitchen and customer areas clean.
• Complete opening and closing duties.

Previous kitchen experience is required. You should be comfortable cutting , using different kitchen equipment, following recipes. No formal culinary qualification or döner experience is needed—we’ll train you in our recipes and systems.

English is a must; Portuguese is highly sought after.
