Requirements

• Prior experience food service environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitizing procedures within a professional kitchen setting
• Experience operating various kitchen equipment safely and effectively
• Familiarity with high-volume production processes and recipe adherence for consistent quality
• Strong understanding of food handling practices
• Previous restaurant or catering experience is a plus
