We are a brewery and winery located in Dennison, Ohio. We are opening our kitchen, and we are looking for Kitchen Team Members!

Job Overview

Join our team as a Kitchen Team Member and bring your passion for food to life! You will be responsible for prep, service, and cleaning/sanitizing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitizing procedures to uphold health standards and prevent contamination.
• Assist with food handling, portioning, and plating to ensure timely meal service in high-volume settings.
• Follow food safety management protocols, including proper storage, labeling, and inventory control of ingredients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service environments is highly desirable
• Experience with food safety sanitizing procedures and maintaining cleanliness standards preferred
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations.
