Field Day is a new fast-casual spot in Fair Lawn Promenade serving bowls, salads, wraps and soups.

What you’ll do

• Run the prep list: roast vegetables, cook rice and quinoa, grill chicken and steak, roast salmon
• Build bowls, salads and wraps to our portion standards and recipes, quickly and accurately
• Toss salads, roll wraps, portion soups, and keep each build looking like the photo
• Restock the line during service and keep every station clean and labeled
• Help with light prep, like cutting produce and portioning toppings
• Follow closing/cleaning procedures
• Follow food safety and allergen procedures on every order

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of prep or line cook experience, including grilling and roasting
• Experience on a food line or in fast casual salad/bowl operations
• Comfortable following recipes by weight and scaling batches
• Fast, organized, and steady during a lunch rush
• ServSafe Food Handler (Manager certification is a plus)
• Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
