Experienced Line Cook / Kitchen Team Member

The Bemus Point Golf Club & Tap House is looking for dependable, hardworking kitchen team members to join our team for the busy summer season and beyond.

Whether you're a strong line cook who can step right into a busy kitchen or someone with kitchen experience who is eager to learn and grow, we'd love to talk with you.

We are a fast-paced restaurant and public golf course in the heart of Bemus Point, serving elevated pub fare, weekly specials, events, tournaments, and live entertainment throughout the summer. We're looking for team members who take pride in their work, work well under pressure, and enjoy being part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Work grill, fryer, sauté, pizza, or prep stations as assigned
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Assist with food prep and kitchen organization
• Keep workstations clean and stocked throughout service
• Support fellow team members during busy shifts

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen experience preferred
• Experience working on a busy line is a plus
• Ability to work evenings and weekends during the summer season
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
