This role involves assisting in the preparation of baked goods by measuring ingredients, mixing batters, and operating depositing equipment. Responsibilities

• Measure and prepare ingredients accurately according to recipes and production standards.
• Mix batters and doughs using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Operate depositing machinery to portion baked goods consistently and efficiently.
• Assist with other bakery preparation tasks as needed to support the production process.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

Experience

• Prior experience in a bakery, food production, or kitchen environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
