Kitchen Team Member (Part-Time) – Newcastle

Joining Growth Kitchen as a Kitchen Team MemberAt Growth Kitchen, we run delivery-led kitchens across England and Scotland, cooking for some of the UK’s best-loved food brands. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Kitchen Team Member to join our Newcastle site, working alongside our Kitchen Manager to keep quality high and orders moving.

The role

• Part-time, 5–15 hours per week
• Shifts of 5–6 hours, including evenings / weekends
• Based at our kitchen in Newcastle city centre

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the Kitchen Manager with daily prep, so the kitchen is ready for service
• Cooking and assembling dishes to brand specs, quickly and consistently
• Keeping your station clean, organised and food-safe throughout your shift
• Helping with stock checks, deliveries and labelling
• Following food hygiene, allergen and health & safety procedures

What we’re looking for

• Some kitchen or food prep experience is a plus, but attitude matters more – we’ll train you
• Reliable, punctual and happy working at pace in a busy delivery kitchen
• A team player who takes pride in getting the details right
• Food Hygiene Level 2 is desirable (or willingness to complete it)

Important: Due to our operating hours, applicants must live locally to Newcastle or have their own transport to and from the site.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 15.0 per week
