PREPARING BREAKFAST AND PREPPING KITCHEN FOR THE DAY GET EVERYTHINK CLEANED UP READY TO GOResponsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of meals according to established recipes and menus.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Follow all food safety protocols, including proper food handling and storage techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during meal periods.
• Support menu planning by providing input on seasonal ingredients and dietary needs.
• Perform basic cooking tasks as needed, including grilling, sautéing, and baking.
• Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of shortages.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary skills is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in food preparation.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to menu planning and dietary needs.
