Barons Creek Vineyards is seeking a dependable, motivated Kitchen Team Member to prepare charcuterie boards, pizzas, and small bites that complement our wines. Our menu is simple, but presentation, consistency, and care matter. Your work will help create a welcoming, memorable experience for our guests.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and plate menu items according to established recipes, portions, and presentation standards under the guidance of our Manager.
• Keep ingredients prepped and your station stocked for efficient service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen.
• Follow food safety procedures, including proper food storage and handling.
• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Run food and bus tables as needed.
• Communicate with the tasting room team to keep orders accurate and service running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude, dependable attendance, and a willingness to pitch in.
• Pride in cleanliness, food quality, and attention to detail.
• The ability to stay organized and work efficiently during busy service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
• Food safety knowledge preferred. Current ServSafe certification is a plus.

Schedule & Availability

The initial schedule will include Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with occasional Wednesdays or Sundays as needed. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
