As a Part-Time Kitchen Team Member, you'll learn how to prepare the food our guests know and love while building skills in teamwork, communication, time management, and working with purpose—even during our busiest moments.

Part-Time Pay

• Ages 16–17: $12.50/hour
• Ages 18+: $13.50/hour
• Opportunity for pay increases up to twice per year

What You'll Do

You'll be trained across different areas of our kitchen and work alongside your team to keep everything moving. Depending on your training and position, you'll:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Learn kitchen positions such as breading, fries, food preparation, assembling orders, and more
• Work with urgency while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, stocked, and ready
• Follow food safety and kitchen safety procedures
• Communicate with your teammates and jump in where you're needed
• Continue learning new positions as you develop your skills

Who We're Looking For

Previous kitchen experience isn't required. We'll train you.

We're looking for Team Members who are dependable, willing to learn, comfortable working at a fast pace, and ready to be part of a team. You'll need to communicate well, pay attention to details, follow food safety standards, and be willing to learn multiple areas of the kitchen.
