Position Objective: Maintain kitchen appliances and food-service equipment in safe working order.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment
- Inspect ovens, ranges, dishwashers and related systems
- Complete preventive maintenance and calibration checks
- Coordinate repairs with culinary and stewarding teams
- Document interventions and escalate major faults
Experiencia y aptitudes deseadas
Required Profile
- Technical qualification in electromechanical or related field preferred
- Experience with commercial food-service equipment
- Sound electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Commitment to equipment safety and food-service continuity
