What they need
Kitchen Equipment Technican
two (2) years experience in kitchen commercial and domestic appliance repairs, preventive maintenance programs.
Knowledge in commercial and domestic kitchen equipments installation and maintenance
Can read and interpret floor plan, schematics drawings/wiring diagrams and exploded views
Can work with minimal supervision
-Can perform corrective and preventive maintenance
- Ability to diagnose and resolve problems
-Ability to demonstrate proper safe use of equipment to staff.
-Knowledge to operate commercial kitchen equipment
Job Type: Full-time
