Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools efficiently and safely

• Assist with food preparation tasks as directed, including basic prep work to support kitchen staff

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, including counters, floors, and storage spaces

• Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with health and safety standards

• Support inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying staff of stock needs

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred

• Ability to operate dishwashing machines and understand proper cleaning procedures

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate loads

• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
