Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation by slicing, chopping, and assembling ingredients following established recipes and safety protocols
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and other appliances safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen areas to meet hygiene standards
• Support meal assembly and plating according to menu specifications while adhering to portion control guidelines
• Follow food safety management procedures including proper food handling, storage, and temperature controls
• Collaborate with kitchen staff on menu planning and daily meal production to ensure timely service
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during all phases of food production and kitchen operations
