Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Worker to support the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, operating kitchen equipment, cleaning, and assisting with food service. Responsibilities

• Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to prepare meals and ingredients.
• Assist in food preparation tasks, including slicing and cutting using proper techniques.
• Cook food items according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and safety.
• Support food service by waiting on customers, delivering prepared dishes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by cleaning work stations, utensils, and equipment regularly.
• Stock the kitchen with necessary supplies, ingredients, and utensils to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with general cleaning duties to uphold health and safety standards within the kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or a kitchen environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Proficiency in food preparation techniques, including slicing and cutting methods.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
