Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and energetic Kitchen/Bath Designer to join our dynamic design team. Using your expert knowledge of design software and construction processes, you will guide clients through the entire design journey — from concept to completion — ensuring every detail aligns with building codes, safety standards, and aesthetic aspirations. Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional requirements for kitchen and bathroom projects.
• Create comprehensive construction detail documentation that adheres to building code compliance and safety standards.
• Utilize graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to produce compelling presentations and visualizations for client approval.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct building code analysis and building information modeling (BIM) to optimize space planning, lighting design, and material selections.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless coordination from concept through remodeling or renovation phases.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential interior design projects with a strong portfolio showcasing kitchen and bathroom designs.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit), 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D), and rendering programs.
• Knowledge of construction detail documentation, building code analysis, and BIM tools for accurate project execution.
• Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for presentation purposes.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles including color theory, lighting design, remodeling processes, and renovation best practices.
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Experience in managing design projects from initial concept through installation; including budgeting and contracts is preferred.
• Background in construction or remodeling projects with an emphasis on building code compliance and safety standards is highly desirable.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $84,800.00 per year
