Kitwe Admin Driver (Full-Time)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Admin Driver based in Kitwe. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services for company staff and administrative errands, utilizing modern communication tools to coordinate daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe Transportation: Safely transport staff, visitors, and company goods to designated locations in and around Kitwe.
• Mobile Coordination: Use a personal smartphone to download and actively use WeCom (Enterprise WeChat) for daily task dispatching, location sharing, and real-time communication.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the company vehicle in a clean, tidy, and roadworthy condition, performing routine checks (oil, tires, water) and reporting maintenance needs promptly.
• Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative errands, including delivering documents, picking up supplies, and other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Technical Literacy: Must own a functional smartphone and be capable of downloading, navigating, and utilizing WeCom (Enterprise WeChat) for daily work coordination.
• Driving Credentials: Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a strong familiarity with Kitwe routes and traffic regulations.
• Education & Experience: Open to all education levels (below high school accepted) and experience levels; no prior formal experience is strictly required.
• Personal Attributes: Highly punctual, honest, and responsible, with good communication skills and a strong commitment to safety.
