Klinik Mata Manager

About the role

Lead and manage daily clinic operations to run effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with service standards, SOPs, and applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily clinic operations to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with service standards, SOPs, and regulations
• Oversee team performance, manage human resources, operational budget, and inventory while ensuring service quality and patient satisfaction
• Prepare operational reports, analyse clinic performance, and develop strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency
• Achieve annual clinic targets through optimal operational management and coordination with related departments
• Collaborate with the Marketing team in designing and implementing promotion, branding, and business development programs to increase patient visits and clinic brand awareness

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Management, Hospital Administration, Public Health, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position at a clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility (experience in eye clinic or eye hospital is a priority)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of clinic operations, human resource management, budget preparation, and operational reporting
• Willing to be placed in Sanur, Bali
