KLS Operations Intern

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented KLS Operations Intern to support our day-to-day e-commerce and operational activities. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in TikTok backend operations, creator coordination, administrative tasks, and e-commerce support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day KLS operations and administrative tasks
• Support the management and monitoring of TikTok backend activities
• Assist in coordinating with content creators and internal teams
• Organize and update operational records, reports, and trackers
• Support creator, campaign, and e-commerce-related activities
• Assist with monitoring and following up on operational tasks
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related course
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce, social media, or digital platforms
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
• Good teamwork and coordination skills
• Willing to work on-site in San Miguel, Manila
• Must be able to complete the required internship hours
