• Main jobs:
• Lead the company's AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives to improve productivity, reduce operating costs, enhance decision-making, automate repetitive tasks, and create new business value.
• The AI Manager will identify opportunities to apply Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, RPA, and AI-powered automation across departments, while ensuring that AI solutions are practical, secure, measurable, and aligned with the company's business strategy.
• Leading new ERP project
• Understand about business operation
• Consult the Situational Decision & best practices in group
• Trouble Shoot system Issues and user mistakes
• Maintain Internal systems & soft wares
• Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle
• Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• Others assigned by MD

Yêu cầu công việc:

• 5+ years of experience in IT, digital transformation, data analytics, AI or automation.
• At least 2–3 years of experience implementing AI solutions is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing / supply chain / ERP is a strong advantage.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
