The Knauf APAC Management Trainee Program is designed for engineering graduates who want to learn fast, contribute from day one and build a career with purpose. Whether your background is in mechanical, chemical, electrical, structural,  architecture, civil engineering, business, marketing, economics, finance and accounts, or a related engineering or commercial discipline, you will have the chance to apply what you have learned in a hands-on, high-impact environment.

What you can expect

Our APAC Management Trainee Program, also known as LEAP – LEaders Acceleration Program, is a 24-month development journey built to help you grow quickly and confidently.

Through the programme, you will receive:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete online assessments, followed by case study assessment centre and panel interview.

The employment start date will be early 2027.
