Knife Hand

National Workforce is seeking experienced Chicken / Knife Hands to join our team a poultry processing facility in Somerville.

Shift Available: Morning Shift - 6:00am start (Monday to Friday)

The Role:

• Boning and trimming chicken products using knives
• Maintaining quality and production standards
• Working in a fast-paced food production environment
• Following strict food safety and hygiene procedures
• General production duties as required

Key Requirements:

• Previous boning or knife skills experience (poultry or meat processing preferred)
• Confident using knives in a production environment
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work in a team
• Ability to perform repetitive manual handling and stand for long periods
• Comfortable working in a cold food production environment
• Must have reliable transport
• Must be able to speak and understand English
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
