Beacon Hill is working with a law firm in downtown Chicago and looking for a Knowledge Counsel to join their team! If qualified and interested, please apply.

Core Legal Expertise Required

• Leveraged finance
  • syndicated lending, acquisition finance, and leveraged buyout transactions
• Private capital markets
  • private placements, direct lending, and fund finance
• Lending products
  • senior secured credit facilities, mezzanine debt, unitranche structures, and second lien financings
• Strong working knowledge of credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related security documentation
