Knowledge Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and maintain comprehensive knowledge articles, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
• Ensure all knowledge content remains accurate, relevant, up to date, and easily accessible to users.
• Establish and implement standardized processes and guidelines for effective knowledge management.
• Promote shift-left support by enabling teams to resolve issues through effective knowledge sharing and content reuse.
• Identify documentation gaps through regular analysis and strengthen knowledge coverage across operational processes.
• Manage and support knowledge requirements across diverse operational areas, including end-user computing, data center operations, and inventory management.
