- Monitoring system usage, adoption and engagement, producing regular reports and management information.
- Working with vendors and attending product briefings to stay informed on new features, developments and emerging technologies.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase adoption and enhance the user experience across the firm's knowledge systems.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have a strong mix of the following:
- Experience within legal technology, knowledge management, innovation or knowledge systems administration within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Experience supporting enterprise knowledge or collaboration platforms.

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented and highly collaborative approach.
- Experience of HighQ and/or Contract Express would be particularly advantageous.
This role represents an excellent opportunity for a knowledge, information, legal technology or innovation professional seeking to develop their career within a forward-thinking international law firm.
