What you'll do

• Build and manage the full KOC program end-to-end — including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, incentive design and ongoing optimization
• Track and analyze community and KOC metrics, producing regular reports to drive data-informed decisions
• Oversee official Telegram communities with MOD support, ensuring healthy and engaging community environments through lightweight operations
• Collaborate wit PMM teams on campaigns and local market initiatives

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in community operations, or KOC/KOL management；
• Fluent in English, proficiency in multiple languages (Chinese, Spanish, French, Swahili, Bahasa, Portuguese, etc.)
• Data-driven mindset — comfortable tracking metrics, analyzing performance and producing reports
• Familiar with the stablecoin ecosystem and on-chain transactions
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Nice to Have：
• Background in crypto / Web3 / fintech / PayFi
• Hands-on localization experience in LatAm, Southeast Asia, or Africa
• Existing local network or community presence in any of the target markets

• We are looking for a Community & KOC Manager to join our growth marketing team. You will be responsible for managing our global community channels and building our KOC network, with a focus on key PayFi markets including Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.
