KOL Admin / Influencer BD Admin Assistant.

Job Responsibilities

• Draft, distribute, follow up, and properly archive KOL cooperation agreements
• Coordinate and manage the shipment of product samples to KOLs as required
• Verify collaboration data and initiate payment requests
• Monitor and follow through the financial process until payments are completed
• Maintain and update the KOL cooperation database to ensure accuracy and traceability
• Assist the BD team with daily communication, data organization, and other administrative support tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (experience in KOL, e-commerce, marketing, or administrative support is preferred)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong sensitivity to numbers and process-oriented work
• Good communication skills and strong execution ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and other office software
• English proficiency as a working language is a plus
