KOL Business Specialist (KOL 商务)

We are looking for a KOL Business Specialist to join our partner company. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, Business Development, Sales, or Partnership.

Responsibilities

• Find, research, and develop a database of KOLs/influencers according to campaign and business needs.
• Conduct KOL/influencer outreach through various channels.
• Communicate and build professional relationships with KOLs, influencers, and relevant agencies.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, rates, deliverables, and campaign requirements.
• Coordinate KOL/influencer collaborations from initial contact and negotiation through campaign execution.
• Follow up with KOLs/influencers to ensure campaign deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with KOLs and influencers.
• Monitor campaign progress and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

Must Have:

• Previous experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, Business Development, Sales, Partnership, or a relevant field.
• Experience in KOL/influencer sourcing and outreach.
• Experience communicating and negotiating with KOLs, influencers, creators, or agencies.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to build and maintain professional relationships with KOLs/influencers.
• Active, communicative, and comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
• Able to use English for work-related communication.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency, e-commerce, FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, or related industry.
• Experience managing multiple KOL/influencer campaigns.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

Working Arrangement

• Working Days: Monday – Saturday
• Working Hours: 09:30 – 18:30
