What they need
About the role
- Research and identify potential KOL/influencers on TikTok and Instagram based on campaign requirements.
- Source KOLs who are suitable for barter collaboration, including KOLs who can generate sales through Shopee link/affiliate.
- Shortlist KOLs based on audience, engagement, content quality, and relevance to the brand.
- Reach out to KOLs and offer collaboration opportunities.
- Follow up with KOLs regarding collaboration offers, product delivery, and content posting.
- Maintain and update the KOL database, including contact details, social media performance, and collaboration status.
- Monitor KOL content and ensure deliverables are posted according to the agreed timeline.
- Assist the KOL team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Active and familiar with TikTok and Instagram trends.
- Interested in influencer/KOL marketing and social media.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple KOLs at the same time.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel.
- Having experience in KOL outreach or influencer marketing is a plus.
