KOL Intern

Responsibilities

• Research and identify suitable KOLs and influencers for brand campaigns.
• Build and maintain the KOL database and track influencer performance.
• Assist with KOL outreach, negotiation, and collaboration management.
• Coordinate product seeding, content briefs, and posting schedules.
• Monitor KOL content and ensure deliverables meet campaign timelines.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement, GMV, and conversions.
• Stay updated on social media trends and identify new collaboration opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree or a fresh graduate from any major.
• Interested in or experienced in KOL management, influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
• Familiar with TikTok and Instagram.
• Familiarity with Shopee Affiliate or TikTok Affiliate is a plus.
• Up to date with the latest social media trends and viral content.
• Interested in the F&B or FMCG industry is a plus.
• An existing database of KOLs, influencers across different tiers, or management agencies is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working with targets, deadlines, and campaign timelines.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Creative with a strong sense of branding and content quality.
• Possesses negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, with good communication skills.
• Experience in student organizations, committees, freelance projects, or marketing/social media internships is a plus.
