KOL Management Lead

Responsibilities:

• Develop KOL and influencer strategy aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to performance analysis, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality content, and continuous optimization through data-driven insights.
• Lead, coach, and develop the KOL team while establishing scalable processes, workflows, and best practices to drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and proactively resolve operational issues.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations to maximize ROI and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Build, maintain, and manage strategic partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and other key partners to maximize brand advocacy and long-term business value.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 5+ years of experience in KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, or a related field; experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a team.
• Proven track record of successfully executing influencer marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
