KOL Manager

About the role

BEEX is looking for a KOL Manager to join the team. The role involves developing and executing KOL & Influencer Marketing strategies, identifying and approaching relevant KOLs, influencers, and content creators, and turning creator partnerships into impactful campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute KOL & Influencer Marketing strategies
• Identify and approach relevant KOLs, influencers, and content creators
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and talent agencies
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, contracts, and campaign terms
• Manage campaigns from creator sourcing, briefing, execution, to reporting
• Monitor campaign performance, including reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions
• Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for future campaigns
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Social Media, and Business Development teams
• Stay updated on creator trends, viral content, and social media trends
• Manage KOL campaign budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered according to targets

About you

• 2–3+ years of experience in KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or a similar role
• Strong network with KOLs, influencers, and content creators
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with targets, deadlines, and campaign budgets
• Data-driven and able to evaluate campaign performance
• Proactive, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in e-commerce, digital products, consumer apps, lifestyle, or cashback platforms is a plus
