KOL Marketing

About the role

Develop and execute the KOL/influencer marketing strategy across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, aligned with brand and campaign objectives. Identify and build strong relationships with relevant creators, from micro to macro influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and audience.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and partnership terms while managing campaign budgets and timelines effectively
• Plan and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, content review, go-live coordination, and post-campaign reporting
• Collaborate with content, brand, and performance teams to ensure influencer content is integrated into broader marketing initiatives
• Analyze campaign effectiveness using key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI, and optimize future campaigns based on data insights
• Monitor influencer trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes to stay ahead in a fast-evolving digital landscape
• Manage influencer CRM and maintain long-term relationships with key KOL partners

About you

• 1+ years of experience in influencer or KOL marketing, ideally in the mobile phone, gadget, consumer, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Strong understanding of influencer landscape, digital trends, and creator marketing best practices
• Excellent negotiation, project management, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure, report, and optimize campaign performance
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Proficiency in English is an advantage
