KOL Operation Team Lead

Job Responsibilities

1. Formulate KOL screening criteria and establish KOL evaluation system to ensure the quality of influencer resources.
2. Control the quality of collaborative content, review creators’ output to align with brand positioning.
3. Manage end‑to‑end KOL campaign workflow, track project progress and resolve execution issues.
4. Conduct data review and analysis for campaigns, deliver recap reports, summarize actionable insights to optimize marketing performance.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of hands‑on KOL marketing experience, team management experience is a plus.
2. Familiar with full‑cycle KOL cooperation on overseas social platforms (TikTok/Instagram/X etc.).
3. Strong sense of responsibility & goal‑oriented mindset, solid execution capability.
4. Excellent communication & coordination skills, capable of cross‑party project driving.
